Umit Ozdag Confirming his Intention to Deport the Refugees

Interior Minister Suleyman Soylu, in the broadcast he participated in yesterday on TGRT Haber, blamed heavily on the head of the Zafer Party, Umit Ozdag, who recently made statements about the return of refugees.

In response to these harsh words, Özdag made a statement on the same level, saying that he will appear infant of the Ministry of Interior.

“Come in front of me if you dare.” Ozdag said, and walked from parliament to the ministry building with party members.

Ozdag, who was allowed to walk until he was 100 meters from the ministry, was stopped by the police. A clash took place between the police and party members who accompanied Özdag.

Özdag, who was not allowed to go to the ministry, continued his challenge by making a press release there.

“This is not the world’s amusement park”

Ozdag made the following statements:

“It has been brought to Turkey’s agenda that a secret invasion of our country was carried out by more than eight million Syrians, Afghans and people who were directed to Turkey from various countries in the Middle East. We are doing it.

Unlike the Palace Alliance and the AKP Nation Alliance, we are not saying that they will return voluntarily, but rather that we will build a house for them.

This is not the amusement park in the world. Whoever cuts their ropes cannot come to Turkey. We’re going to send those eight million people home in a year with the largest return project in history.”
