Syrian Teenager Rescued a  Child who Fell into the Sea while Fishing in Kocaeli

KOGALI (AA) – A boy who fell into the sea from the pier while fishing in the Izmit district of Kocaeli was rescued by a young Syrian in the vicinity.

10-year-old Rajab Sap, who was fishing on a pier in Sikapark, lost his balance and fell into the sea.

Meanwhile, Abd al-Salam Hammash, a Syrian national, who was on the pier, dressed in his clothes, jumped into the sea.

With the help of the citizens, Hamash was able to take the child on his back to the sidewalk.

Saab, who is in good health, thanked Hamach for saving him.

On the other hand, Hamish mentioned that he knows swimming well and said, “That’s why I immediately jumped into the sea. I didn’t see who fell. I am happy for the child and his family.”
