ümit özdağ: The purpose of refugees staying in Turkey is to ignite a civil war

Zefer Party leader ümit özdağ made new statements targeting Syrian refugees in particular and other foreign nationalities in general, and through which he presented unhealthy figures about the number of Syrians naturalized in Turkey.

In his last speech, Özdag mentioned the following: The AKP’s policy of filling Turkey with refugees who did not even have a primary certificate will cause a civil war in Turkey, as the number of naturalized Syrians in Turkey has reached 1.5 million and the number is expected to double before the presidential elections .

He continued, “Turkey has become like a garbage dump for the Middle East, and it has become occupied by the world’s poorest population.”
